  • Crafted from premium black walnut wood. No endangered tree species are used, and no artificial fragrances are added.
  • All standard Luckytata items (excluding custom orders) are hung on centuries-old ancient trees for weeks or even months, intertwining with nature to receive the trees’ blessings.
  • Custom inscriptions are supported, limited to two words or a maximum of 15 letters. Please include the following information in the Order Notes section at Checkout Page: custom text, and your preferred tree-hanging duration. If not specified, the default tree-hanging duration is one week.
  • Due to variations in natural wood characteristics and forest conditions, slight color differences may occur between the actual product and the images shown.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-customized products within 14 calendar days of delivery. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Luckytata products are currently sold exclusively on the official Luckytata website. We have not authorized any third-party platforms or stores for sales.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Mon–Sat) after placement. Shipping delivery times vary by destination country, typically taking between 7 and 12 days.
